1. Unity and Connection

          - Meet together in one location, at least quarterly

          - Consistent weekend teaching theme across all communities

          - Understand and improve our capacity to care and connect

          - Refine our New Member process

 

2. Spiritual Formation and Training

          -  Increase our “Biblical Literacy” as a church

          -  Provide and promote opportunities to experience God

          -  Training in “Life Style” Evangelism

          -  Integrate Teaching: Adult, Youth, and Children

          -  Leadership Development Training for our volunteers

          -  Family Life Ministry development (marriage, parenting, aging parents)

 

3. Hope to the World: Local Outreach and Global Missions

          -  Increase church member involvement in short term Mission Trips

          -  Enhance awareness and involvement in local outreach opportunities

          -  Expand our existing influence with Homework Club, After School arts,

              First Friends (Refugees), and Love Providence  

 

4. Growth

          - Improvement and expansion of our East Greenwich Facility

          - Selection of Next Multi-site Location

          - Increased attendance at CCEG and CCNK Sunday services

          - Increase attendance at Sanctuary, Sunday evening service

          - Identify staffing, budget and geography for our next multi-site expansion
