Join us for the Advent Season!

Advent is the season in the church calendar focusing on the arrival and expectant preparation for the celebration of the birth of Jesus. As recorded in the Gospel according to Luke, many individuals expectantly hope for the Lord’s arrival through prayer. Mary, Zechariah, Simeon, Anna, Angels, and Shepherds all have recorded prayers of hope and trust in God’s plan to come to earth in the person of Christ. Each week, we will be looking at these particular prayers of hope and acknowledging how they can continue to lead us to hope in the arrival of our God and celebrate Christ’s birth.

December 24 is a Sunday, therefore we will hold our normal Sunday morning services at 9am & 10:30am. There will be nursery & preschool care during both services plus the children in K-5th grade will begin in the sanctuary and then leave for their own special program prior to the message.

In the evening we will have the traditional candlelight services at 5:30pm & 7pm. No child care will be available, but we encourge families to come together. Children will be provided with lightsticks rather than candles.
