Impact Team
Regularly scheduled meetings:
1:00 - 3:00 pm, 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at Pastor Rob’s home.
What does it mean to be a leader? Well, here at XLSM we believe it’s learning how to serve others and honor God with your life. We would like to train, equip and empower you to do so by formulating teaching, training and making opportunities for you to serve. Now, what is key to understanding why we are doing this is that we are empowering you for a life long journey. Leadership is something that you will have past your XLSM years, and will prayerfully use everyday of your life.
The XLSM staff is excited about creating a group of individuals that will use this as a training ground to further their Christian life by taking a hold of this opportunity. We are calling this group the IMPACT team. This group will be charged with taking on responsibility and formulating ways to IMPACT this area for Christ.
We have expectations of those who would like to be a part of this team. We have set these up so that we can help you grow in your Christian walk as you learn to lead, but also to help you understand the importance of being a model of the relationship you have with Jesus Christ. Please understand we are not expecting perfection, but rather and initiative to grow in Jesus.
